The paper is a real two-stream water plate-and-shell experiment, but the current source custody packet does not define a reproducible 3-D manifold/header topology, pressure measurement plane, thermal bulk-temperature definition, or wall material properties. Proceeding would make a guessed model appear to reproduce an experiment. The correct engineering action is to stop before Luna, analytical prediction freeze, CFD, reveal, or validation.

This is an input-eligibility stop, not a solver failure. HX-S01 history and HX-03 transfer-capstone files remain untouched.
