# HX-02 custody review

This is the additive custody and input-reconstruction review for Aero's HX-02 publication-grounded benchmark. The source is Kim et al., *Energies* 14(20), 6688 (2021), DOI [10.3390/en14206688](https://doi.org/10.3390/en14206688): a real two-stream water plate-and-shell heat-exchanger experiment.

## Current disposition

`INELIGIBLE_FOR_SCORED_REPRODUCTION` (current source packet)

The study is a legitimate benchmark candidate, but the available open-access material does not yet define a reproducible 3-D header/manifold topology, dimensioned pressure-tap stations, complete thermal bulk-temperature measurement definition, or plate/shell material properties. Aero therefore stopped before Luna, analytical prediction freeze, CFD, experimental reveal, and validation. This is an input-eligibility stop, not a solver failure.
