Missing measurements and properties were completed with marked synthetic estimates so the surrounding CFD → transfer → FEA contracts could be exercised without claiming publication agreement.

Runnable pipeline proof: PASS. The frozen packet, criteria, hash verification, curved-interface transfer, generic OpenFOAM CHT run, and generic three-level CalculiX run are retained below.
Physical validation: NOT ESTABLISHED. The paper's measurements were not exposed to the model, and the Samarmad-specific corrugated CFD and PCHE structural cases have not been run.
These are the inputs Aero was allowed to use before the synthetic truth was generated. The source paper is linked for attribution; its results and conclusions are not part of this packet.
Synthetic completion: nominal water properties, aluminum solid mechanics, and ±2% channel-diameter / ±1% plate-thickness sensitivity estimates. These are estimates, not transcribed experimental values.
