- Run completion and linear-solver health.
- Separate flow and thermal nonlinear settling from long-timescale field stationarity.
- Case-declared monitor stability, hot/cold mass conservation, energy closure, and interface consistency.
- Property validity, conditional local-field stationarity, and V2 mesh independence.
Energy accounting must include solid storage: Q_hot_signed + Q_cold_signed + dE_solid/dt ≈ 0.

What happens next
HX-CFD-QUAL-01 is eligible only for a future clean V2 requalification. The proposed contract requires coarse, medium, and fine cases to reach equivalent profile-defined settled states before mesh comparison, including local inlet-manifold stationarity where it drives engineering quantities.
HX-CFD remains FAILED_NUMERICAL_GATES and withheld. HX-03 remains FROZEN_AND_BLOCKED. HX-04 Stage B remains blocked because its high-pressure cryogenic property/solver class was not established by this evidence.
